Excellent online ordering and on phone customer service.

I ordered from California, and within 3 or 4 hours, my sister received the loveliest bouquet. The flowers were arranged gracefully, the bow was luxurious, and the color palette fit my request perfectly. I will use Annie's every time I send flowers to my Augusta family.

The arrangement was even prettier than I expected. My wife was thrilled and won’t quit saying how beautiful they are.

Arrived at my daughters and saw the arrangement sent yesterday and I’m in shock at how large it is. Way bigger than the picture. I deliberately ordered from the store rather than a service like ftd as I want to support small businesses and you did not disappoint. Would definitely order again.

Ordered online from several states away for delivery to my girlfriend, and it was hand delivered to her the next day! The person on the phone was very polite too when I called to confirm the order.

I was soooo pleased with my purchase! I chose a custom arrangement and then contacted them to give them an idea of what I was looking for regarding colors.
