How does the process work when placing an order through a BloomNation premium florist?
When you order from a premium florist with BloomNation, you will receive a confirmation email after placing the order. Once the arrangement is completed, the florist will send you a BloomSnap of the arrangement prior to delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the recipient, you will receive a final email notifying you of the delivery and to rate your experience with us. If any issues or change is necessary, such as a substitution, the florist will notify you either through a phone call or email, confirming the changes prior to delivery.
